Commitment to the environment
Los Cerros' environmental commitment will be further strengthened with the planting of more than 7,000 trees and 100,000 shrubs. The building, of only 12%, and the 170 hectares of green areas will help reduce CO2 emissions and position Los Cerros as a sustainable and environmentally committed development.
Bicycle lanes and pedestrian routes
The use of bicycles will be promoted by incorporating bicycle lanes on all roads in the sector and pedestrian routes will be implemented.
Unbeatable communications and access
Los Cerros has direct access to the M-45, access to the M-204 and M-206, and to the R3 highway. It is also planned the arrival of the fast access bus and EMT lines for a fluid access to all areas of the city.
