Metrovacesa brings its metaverse to Welcome Home Sevilla

  • As a pioneer in innovation, Metrovacesa will have a space in the metaverse to present the Torre Arenal project, where visitors will be able to see the scope, location and above all the views from a high floor.

 

  • During the real estate show, visitors will be able to see first-hand all the details of all Metrovacesa’s launches in Seville, 12 developments planned in the new Isla Natura – Palmas Altas neighbourhood, of which 6 projects have already begun construction work.

 

  • Metrovacesa is thus highlighting its firm commitment to this city, where the company will invest close to 400 million euros in the development of Isla Natura, which will have a total of 2,870 new homes, of which the developer will develop 1,865.

Seville, 16 March 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 150 projects under development nationwide, is once again participating in the Welcome Home real estate show in Seville, where for the first time in the history of the event, it will be bringing its metaverse technology.

On this occasion, the company will be present at the event with 12 new developments (855 homes) in the Palmas Altas – Isla Natura neighbourhood, of which it will present Torre Arenal, a 17-storey building with 73 multi-family homes, in its own metaverse. Specifically, Metrovacesa, in collaboration with Datacasas Proptech, has designed and created a virtual building that can be toured easily and interactively by means of an avatar. In this way, future tenants of Torre Arenal will be able to view information about the project, assessing in detail the area in which it is being developed, the exact location and the views of Seville that they would have from a high-rise flat.

With its participation in this annual meeting, Metrovacesa once again demonstrates its strong commitment to Seville and the entire region of Andalusia, a region that occupies an important place in its strategic plans. The developer currently has 53 active developments in the Autonomous Community, with a total supply of more than 3,000 new homes, through which it aims to respond to the demand for new housing in the region.

List of projects:

  • Residencial Villas del Nilo: development of 33 semi-detached and semi-detached single-family homes with 3 and 4 bedrooms with interior patio on the main façade and rear porch with garden, both private – Under construction.

 

  • Villas del Volga: project of 47 semi-detached single-family houses with 3 and 4 bedrooms, developed on 2 and 3 floors and solarium – Under construction.

 

  • Villas del Sena: 31 single-family dwellings developed in four blocks with semi-detached houses at the ends and terraced houses at the rest – Under construction.

 

  • Residencial Kilimanjaro: a development of 108 new homes with flats of between 2 and 4 bedrooms, with garages and storage rooms – Under construction.

 

  • Residencial Mulhacén: residential complex in two blocks consisting of 46 new-build homes with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, large terraces and the possibility of parking spaces, as well as a communal swimming pool – Under construction.

 

  • Residencial Montblanc: this is one of the largest residential complexes currently being developed in the Isla Natura sector. The project, made up of 108 homes, will have two homes per floor for maximum privacy and has been designed in a U-shape. It will be equipped with communal gardens and swimming pools, as well as private gardens and solariums in some of the homes – Under construction.

 

  • Residencial Himalaya: a residential complex of 108 new-build homes with between 2 and 4 bedrooms with parking space and storage room – Under construction.

 

  • Residencial Teide: comprising 46 homes of between 1 and 4 bedrooms with terrace, swimming pool and communal garden areas. – On sale

 

  • Villas del Tíber: a new single-family development of 31 homes with parking spaces and storage rooms. 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings of different types – On marketing

 

  • Torre Arenal: 17-storey building with 73 multi-family dwellings of different types, with between 2 and 4 bedrooms, garage space and storage room.

 

  • Sierra Cazorla: Metrovacesa’s first limited-price subsidised housing development. A multi-family complex of 136 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with garage space and storage room.

 

  • Sierra Morena: Metrovacesa’s second limited-price subsidised housing development. Multi-family complex of 68 homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with garage space and storage room – On sale.
