At Metrovacesa, we believe that responsible conduct and best practices must form part of our day-to-day management.
For this reason, we have made a Whistleblowing Channel available to our stakeholders, enabling them to report potential reportable incidents from among those listed in the Policy on the Internal Reporting System and Whistleblower Protection. In addition, an alternative option is available at the same location for reporting problems or incidents not related to reportable incidents.
Reports, which may be anonymous and will always be confidential, will be handled in accordance with the Policy and will be protected by the provisions of Law 2/2023, where applicable, as well as being received by an independent third party external to the Organisation.
In any case, you may report any reportable incidents directly to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority or to the relevant regional authorities or bodies, either directly or after first notifying the Channel.
Finally, we would like to inform you that the Channel includes an option to report incidents not related to reportable incidents, but rather to Clients, Promotions, Land, Projects, Branches, etc., which you may also send to us via the channels indicated under Contact.
