On June 13, Metrovacesa showcased its new development of luxury villas, Villas de Alhakén. It is the company’s most exclusive development. Marcos Relaño, Developments Manager, explained that on that day they had received the construction permit for these 21 villas, “detached homes with more than 9,000 metres squared of communal areas, including swimming pools, paddle tennis, a golf course, social club and gym”. This concept is about contemporary living, with pure lines and a great deal of light. “It is a well thought-out project. We have paid attention to which way the houses face, the layouts and the facilities,” he added. Antonio Repullo, the municipal government’s delegate attended the event, as well as other authorities, builders and potential customers. The development will be located to the north in El Brillante, an elevated area, from where there are stunning views of the city. Prices range from €675,000 to €840,000 for plots of 650 to 900 square metres, and homes of between 250 and 300 metres squared.
