Metrovacesa obtains planning permission to build 120 homes in Quart de Poblet, Valencia

• The licence for this project, for which the developer anticipates an investment of 22 million euros, will result in 120 new multi-family dwellings.

• Molí Mistral is the third development to be carried out by the company in the town of Quart de Poblet in recent years, where it has already delivered almost 300 homes and 10 commercial premises.

Valencia, 10 July 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and 115 projects under development nationwide, after obtaining the building permit for Molí Mistral, a new construction project with swimming pool consisting of 120 homes and 5 commercial premises, aims to start work on this residential development in the coming weeks. Metrovacesa continues to strengthen its commitment to Valencia with this new development for which it plans to invest 22 million euros.

This is the third development that the company has developed in the town of Quart de Poblet in recent years. In fact, it already has 294 homes and 10 commercial premises already sold in the case of Residencial Q phase 1 and phase 2.

The development, divided into two phases, will be made up of homes with between two and four bedrooms of up to 137 m2 and will have large terraces with an average surface area of 12 m2. The owners, in addition to having access to the spacious communal areas, will have a playground, children’s pool and adult swimming pool.

Metrovacesa has commissioned the design to the ARQUEHA studio, which has a great track record with relevant urban development projects at a national level.

The complex, located in the Molí D’Animeta sector, close to the centre of the town of Quart de Poblet and just one minute from the metro station, has all kinds of services in the surrounding area, such as shops, educational and sports centres and a wide range of leisure and restaurant facilities.
