Metrovacesa completes work on L’Illa de la Sínia, an exclusive residential development in Martorell with 39 contemporary-style homes

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over a century of history, has completed construction on L’Illa de la Sínia, a new residential development located in one of Martorell’s main expansion areas. The development, which involved an investment of €8.2 million, consists of 39 homes, with options for ground floor units with patios, penthouses and duplexes with terraces.

L’Illa de la Sínia is located opposite a 20,000-square-metre park, guaranteeing unobstructed views and a high-quality green environment. Its location, just a stone’s throw from the centre of Martorell, combines accessibility and tranquillity, and is part of the La Sínia Sector Partial Plan, a new residential area with wide avenues and open spaces.
