Metrovacesa starts marketing Ancor III, the third phase of its residential development in Tenerife

• Ancor III will have 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, from 55 square metres, in a privileged location on the southeast coast of Tenerife.

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history, is expanding its presence in Tenerife with the third phase of its Ancor residential development. This new development, comprising 50 multi-family homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms from 55 square metres, has been designed to offer a unique living experience, combining modernity, comfort and an exceptional natural environment on the coast of Abades. The development will involve an investment of 11.8 million euros.

The development is currently being marketed and forms part of the Ancor residential complex, which now has three phases in this privileged location on Tenerife’s coastline.
