Metrovacesa’s energy calculator is a tool designed to help you make informed decisions when purchasing a home. It allows you to estimate the annual energy consumption, the associated economic impact and the potential reduction of emissions by opting for a more efficient home.
To do this, analyze parameters such as geographic location, type and surface area of the home, as well as its energy certification, comparing your current home with the new one. From this data, calculate the estimated consumption, the CO₂ emissions associated with heating, cooling and domestic hot water, and the energy and economic savings that you could obtain.
In addition, it translates these environmental savings into understandable equivalents, such as kilometers not traveled in a gasoline vehicle or equivalent number of trees planted, providing a clear and tangible view of the positive impact.
