Metrovacesa completes construction of 189 homes in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 20 October 2025. Metrovacesa, a property developer with over a hundred years of history in Spain, has completed work on Residencial Tamadaba II, a residential complex located in the Las Torres neighbourhood of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. With an investment of €30.7 million, the development reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality urban development in the Canary Islands.

The residential complex comprises 189 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms, all with large terraces, parking spaces and storage rooms, and magnificent common areas with a swimming pool, sports facilities and a multi-purpose room. The architectural design, by ACH Arquitectos, prioritises light and efficiency in the spaces, offering functional homes adapted to the current needs of families.
