Malaga, 09 February 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun marketing its new project in Manilva, called Blue Marine. Metrovacesa will invest 11 million euros in the development of this promotion,

This project is a set of 40 semi-detached and semi-detached 3 and 4 bedroom homes with large terraces to enjoy incomparable views of the Mediterranean Sea. All Blue Marine homes include a parking space included in the price and magnificent communal areas with outdoor and indoor swimming pool, coworking area and gymnasium equipped for the exclusive enjoyment of its residents. In addition, those homes located on the corner will enjoy large gardens and individual swimming pool.

The new development is located in Manilva, one of the most well-serviced towns on the Costa del Sol, close to the well-known Sotogrande development, surrounded by golf courses and marinas where you can enjoy all kinds of leisure activities. Gibraltar airport is only 15 minutes away by car and it is also close to urban centres such as Estepona and Casares.

One of the most important aspects when designing the Blue Marine residential complex were the sustainability criteria. We decided to certify the development with the VERDE seal, a national reference in sustainability seals that, in addition to being concerned with all aspects related to environmental care, seeks the well-being and health care of people.

Blue Marine complies with our own domum commitment to sustainability, which analyses the quality of the design and interior environment of buildings, as well as the conservation of natural resources such as water and the carbon footprint, promotes the use of renewable energies and rewards innovation and the use of new technologies.

In addition, a life cycle analysis of the promotion will be carried out. This analysis is carried out from the moment the building is conceived in the first designs until the end of its useful life, with the commitment to reduce the impact of the carbon footprint generated by the construction.

Metrovacesa also continues to highlight its commitment to the Costa del Sol, a region that occupies an important place in its strategic plans, where it currently has 21 active developments with a total supply of more than 950 new homes, through which it aims to respond to the demand for new housing in the region.
