Metrovacesa begins work on Medblue III, its exclusive development on the Costa del Sol

Malaga, 30 September 2024. Metrovacesa, leading real estate developer in Spain with more than a hundred years of history and more than 113 projects under development nationwide, starts the works of Medblue III, the third phase of its new development in Marbella. The development, which has required an investment of approximately 22 million euros, has a multitude of amenities and Metrovacesa expects to start delivering the homes in the second half of 2026.

Located in the upper area of Los Monteros de Marbella, Medblue III comprises 51 multi-family homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, luxury duplex penthouses, as well as multiple private communal areas such as swimming pool, spa, gym, coworking and landscaped spaces.

The homes have been designed by HCP Architecture & Engineering with large terraces and sea views, and an open plan layout. In addition, with the aim of adapting to the needs of future residents, the developer offers the possibility of customising the materials and layout of the rooms.

Medblue III has been conceived under the parameter of avant-garde and innovation, which can be seen both in the homes and in the residential complex through its volumetry. The high quality materials and modern lines of the development have been combined to offer comfort to the future residents.

The development, in turn, adapts to the environment in which it is located by applying the highest standards in terms of sustainability. As usual in Metrovacesa’s projects, Medblue III is endorsed by the Green Seal of Sustainable Building and the DOMUM Seal.

It also has A-B ratings for emissions and energy consumption. Among others, aerothermal systems have been installed, as well as elements to optimise energy consumption and reduce the water footprint to achieve a lower environmental impact.
