Jerez de la Frontera, January 11, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, has begun construction work on its main project in Jerez de la Frontera: Terrazas de Pozoalbero. Located in a unique setting in the province of Cadiz, the company will invest 8.6 million euros in the development of this residential complex. According to the timetable set, it is expected that deliveries of the homes can begin in 2024.
The complex consists of 44 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with porch and garden area in the first floor properties, while the penthouses have large private terraces. The development offers ample spaces with furnished kitchens that already include three appliances per property, air conditioning, garages and storage rooms.
The development also stands out for its good connections to the center of the city of Jerez and for having all kinds of services in the surrounding area. Specifically, these homes are located on the National 4, in the extension of the main axis of the city that starts from the historic center with Avenida Mayor Alvaro Domecq, Avenida de Andalucía and Avenida Tío Pepe and leads directly to the airport and the link to the Seville-Cádiz freeway (AP4).
Terrazas de Pozoalbero is an idyllic development to enjoy comfort and wellbeing in an environment of sun and tranquility. Another of the key points of this development is its location in Jerez de la Frontera, one of the most attractive and fashionable tourist enclaves in the coastal area of Cadiz. Likewise, this project is a novel proposal from Metrovacesa which, in addition, allows the personalization of the properties to adapt to the needs of the future owners.
Metrovacesa also continues to highlight its commitment to Western Andalusia, a region that occupies an important place in its strategic plans, where it currently has 25 active developments with a total supply of more than 1,800 new homes, through which it aims to respond to the demand for new housing in the region.
