Granada, 04 February 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 114 projects under development nationwide, has obtained planning permission for the development of the second phase of the ALMA development in the heart of Granda. With 134 homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, garage and storage room, this residential development represents the union of two previously disconnected neighbourhoods, now linked by new roads and open spaces. This urban change not only redefines the structure of the area, but also turns it into a new nucleus of the city, offering an ideal environment to establish your next home. The project also has communal areas to enjoy with the family, landscaped spaces in which to relax and a gourmet lounge. Of course, you can’t miss the swimming pool, where you can forget about the high temperatures of the capital. With an investment of 38 million euros in this Phase 2, Metrovacesa will boost the local economy by creating numerous employment opportunities.
ALMA, in its second phase, is located between the streets Ribera del Beiro, Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas and the neighbourhood of San Francisco Javier. The complex is located in a strategic area of Granada, destined to become the new city centre thanks to its range of services, connections and possibilities. In Granada, a city marked by its history, culture and dynamism, ALMA emerges as an innovative residential project that transforms the experience of living at the foot of the Sierra Nevada.
ALMA will be certified according to the standards of the VERDE seal of sustainability, a recognition that guarantees high quality design and construction solutions that add value to each home. This approach not only enhances the residents’ experience, but also generates benefits in terms of savings, health and wellbeing, both for the people who will reside in the complex and for the environment. In addition, the project will be aligned with Metrovacesa’s DOMUM Commitment to Quality, Sustainability and Health, reinforcing its commitment to current trends and the sustainable goals set out in the 2030 Agenda.
