Metrovacesa unveils Terrazas de Pozoalbero, its new development in Jerez de la Frontera

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, has announced the start of marketing of Terrazas de Pozoalbero, its new development in a unique setting in the province of Cadiz, in the town of Jerez de la Frontera. For its development, the company will make an investment of 8.6 million euros.

The complex is made up of 44 multi-family homes with between 2 and 4 bedrooms with porch and garden area in the ground floor properties, while the penthouses have large private terraces.
