Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 113 projects under development nationwide, is starting work on its third development in Quart de Poblet: Molí Mistral. With this project, for which an investment of 21 million euros is planned, the developer will offer newly built homes with sustainability at the heart of the project.
Molí Mistral, which is scheduled for completion in mid-2026, will have 120 new multi-family homes with between two and four bedrooms, all with large terraces. With this third development in Quart de Poblet, added to Residencial Q, Metrovacesa now has a total of 434 homes and 15 commercial premises developed in the town. In addition, the developer has 18 active developments and more than 500 new homes currently under construction in the Valencian Community.
