Metrovacesa obtains the licence to start deliveries of Dora Maar, its development in Marbella

Malaga, 29th March 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history, has obtained the licence of first occupation (LPO) for its Dora Maar project, a complex of 65 multi-family homes with between 2 and 4 bedrooms located in San Pedro Alcántara, in Marbella, just 10 minutes from the exclusive area of Puerto Banús and 15 minutes from the centre of Marbella. In this sense, the company will start delivering the first homes to its clients in the coming weeks.

The project consists of homes designed in a modern and functional style with minimum sizes of 82 square metres, rising to 147 square metres for the larger flats. All homes have garages and storage rooms, and stand out for their bright spaces to enjoy the climate and the environment in which the development is located. The project also has large communal areas such as a swimming pool, children’s play area, equipped gymnasium, kids’ area and landscaped areas that add to the comfort and enjoyment of this residential development.

The development is located in a popular residential area of San Pedro de Alcántara, a consolidated area, well communicated and equipped with green areas, with all kinds of services nearby, such as shopping centres, library, pharmacies and health centre. These characteristics make the development one of the most exclusive on the Costa del Sol.

Dora Maar has enjoyed great marketing success since its launch on the market and there are currently 2 homes available out of a total of 65. The commercial premises are all sold.
