Metrovacesa starts work on the ICONIC residential complex, 45 multi-family dwellings in Lleida

Lleida, 15 October 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 113 projects under development nationwide, is starting work on ICONIC, a development comprising 45 multi-family homes in Lleida. The developer anticipates an investment of 9.1 million euros for the development, and expects to deliver the first homes in the second half of 2026.

ICONIC is Metrovacesa’s most recent residential project in Lleida, with homes with between two and four bedrooms, distributed over five floors. All units have terraces with different orientations and access to a communal garage with 46 parking spaces and 37 storage rooms. In addition, the development includes a private communal area such as an outdoor swimming pool and children’s play area.

The development has been designed by the CC245 Arquitectos studio, under the premise of offering comfort and design to its future inhabitants. Therefore, in order to achieve the project, high quality and durable materials with an avant-garde aesthetic will be used. In addition, certain interior finishes, such as floors and wall coverings, can be customised using the Metrovacesa Choose your Look tool.

The developer conceives its developments based on a certified commitment to sustainability. ICONIC has A-A ratings for energy consumption and CO2 emissions. It also has the developer’s own Domum seal and the Sustainable Building Green Seal.
