Seville, 20 August 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over 100 years of history, has begun marketing the new Residencial Moncayo residential complex in the modern Isla Natura neighbourhood of Palmas Altas. The project will involve an investment of €13 million.

Residencial Moncayo will offer 40 multi-family homes with 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed across two blocks with a ground floor and five upper floors. All homes are sold with a parking space and storage room included. The properties have floor areas of up to 159 square metres and spacious terraces. The development includes landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, solarium and children’s play area, designed to offer a comfortable, functional environment adapted to new lifestyles.

‘Elige tu look’: homes that suit you

This promotion includes ‘Elige tu Look’, a tool that allows buyers to customise the finishes of their home at no additional cost. From the colour of the floors or bathroom tiles to the colour combination of the materials in the kitchen, every detail can be adapted to the taste and lifestyle of its future residents. In addition, those who wish to go one step further can choose from a range of extras at an additional cost, such as opening up the kitchen to the living room depending on the type of home, replacing the bathtub with a shower in the second bathroom, adding screens or installing lighting in the hall, corridor, bathrooms and kitchen. With this proposal, Metrovacesa reinforces its commitment to more flexible, functional residential architecture focused on well-being.

Commitment to sustainability

Residencial Moncayo is part of Metrovacesa’s firm commitment to sustainability in Isla Natura. The project has been designed to optimise energy consumption, with construction solutions that promote thermal and acoustic insulation, and an orientation that optimises natural light and cross ventilation.

All homes will have a domestic hot water production system using aerothermal energy. In addition, the development has obtained an “A” energy rating, both in terms of consumption and CO₂ emissions, and is backed by Metrovacesa’s Domum commitment, the Green Seal and the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), consolidating its status as a benchmark for efficient and environmentally friendly housing.

Privileged location within the sustainable Isla Natura neighbourhood

Residencial Moncayo is part of Isla Natura, Seville’s new sustainable neighbourhood, located south of Los Bermejales, next to the left bank of the Guadaíra River. This urban development forms part of the city’s green belt and is designed as a space that promotes the environmental regeneration of the area.

With more than 67 hectares and 23 developments underway, Isla Natura is Metrovacesa’s largest residential project, with more than 1,600 homes planned. The neighbourhood has been designed to prioritise sustainable mobility, with large pedestrian areas, a network of cycle lanes and pavements that reduce noise pollution. All this makes it a model of efficient urban planning, in line with Metrovacesa’s values and its vision of responsible and environmentally friendly development.
