Metrovacesa begins marketing its fourth development in Almeria

Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, begins marketing the first phase of Itamar, its new development in Almerimar, in the province of Almeria. For the development of this project, which has an exceptional beachfront location, the company will invest 15.2 million euros.

This new residential complex highlights Metrovacesa’s commitment to satisfy the demand for new construction, which is becoming increasingly latent in the Almeria area. The first phase of Itamar consists of 79 homes of between 1 and 4 bedrooms, ranging in size from 48 to 126 m2.
