Metrovacesa promotes Alma, its residential project in Granada, with an investment of over €54 million

Granada, 16 October 2025. Metrovacesa, a property developer with over a century of history in Spain, continues to make progress on the construction of Alma, its residential project located in the heart of Granada. With a total investment of over €54 million, the two-phase development reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality urban development in Andalusia.
“Alma represents another step forward in Metrovacesa’s commitment to Granada. It is a project designed for those looking for a home with all the amenities, in a central location connected to the city’s main services,” says Nieves Acosta Garcia, Metrovacesa’s Development Manager for Eastern Andalusia.
The first phase of the project, with an investment of €16.5 million, consists of 59 homes with two, three and four bedrooms, all with a garage and storage room in the basement. The development includes ground floor flats with gardens and penthouses with large terraces, offering modern and functional homes adapted to the needs of families and professionals.
The second phase comprises 134 homes with garages, storage rooms and spacious communal areas including a swimming pool, gourmet room and landscaped areas. With an investment of €37.9 million, this phase consolidates Metrovacesa’s commitment to creating sustainable, comfortable and high-quality residential environments.
Sustainability and energy efficiency
The Alma complex has been designed according to energy efficiency criteria, with an A rating for consumption and CO₂ emissions. The orientation and layout of the homes favour the entry of natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting and improving residents’ comfort.
Alma also has the Domum Quality Commitment and the Green Seal, which endorse its commitment to sustainability. Among the measures implemented are the pre-installation of electric vehicle chargers, thermal insulation and aerothermal systems, green energy supply and the incorporation of efficient sanitary ware, taps and lighting. All this is in line with universal accessibility criteria.

The Alma residential complex is located in a privileged enclave, very close to the train station and surrounded by schools, health centres, supermarkets, shopping areas and Granada’s leading cultural and gastronomic venues.
