Metrovacesa has obtained in November 2020 the ISO 9001-2015 Quality System certification.

In November 2020, Metrovacesa obtained ISO 9001-2015 Quality System certification, audited by AENOR, for its residential real estate development and land management and development activities in all its offices.

This project has allowed us to analyse all of the company’s key processes, identifying efficiency and quality improvements in many of them, and implementing the corresponding action plans. As a result of this project, beyond the certification, we have been able to describe, measure, plan and execute the key aspects of the business, highlighting the implementation of procedures and tools focused on customer service and management, design and development of our promotions, and control of the construction, delivery and after-sales process.
