The project will have an investment of 20.7 million euros.
Residencial Timanfaya will offer 74 multi-family dwellings, from 1 to 4 bedrooms, distributed in two different blocks, nine storeys high and mainly facing East and South. The project includes large communal areas that extend from the ground floor, where the children’s play areas and paddle tennis court are located, to the first floor, where the central space between the two buildings houses the swimming pool area.
In addition, the development will have commercial premises on the ground floor, offering residents the convenience of having local businesses to meet their daily needs. Offices will also be located on the first floor, providing the complex with a versatile and functional space. All homes are marketed together with a parking space and a storage room.
Commitment to sustainability
Residencial Timanfaya has Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability in Isla Natura, as well as complying with the technical code, which means greater energy savings. The homes have double façades in most of the typologies, favouring cross ventilation and optimum sunlight, thus guaranteeing a maximum level of comfort.
The electrical installations will be carried out in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations in order to achieve a high level of electrification. It will have a domestic hot water production system using a renewable energy system, by means of aerothermal equipment.
Thanks to these characteristics, Residencial Timanfaya obtains the highest energy certification, with an ‘A’ rating in both energy consumption and CO2 emissions. This recognition is also reflected in the developer’s own Domum commitment and Green Seal (Sustainable Building Rating), as well as the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), reaffirming its position as a benchmark in eco-efficient and environmentally friendly housing.
