Valencia, 11 January 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 150 projects under development nationwide, is starting construction work on Nova Urbe, its development in Valencia city, comprising 50 homes with two to four bedrooms. For this development, the developer plans to make an investment of 11 million euros.
The development stands out for the fact that all of its homes have large terraces and an interior communal courtyard with a garden area, benches and a children’s play area, which connects and provides access to the rest of the building. It also offers a gymnasium and a social area that can be converted into a place to hold family or friends’ events, as well as spaces for bicycle parking.
In addition, the developer has recently started marketing the second phase of this project, Residencial Nova Urbe II, which comprises 83 homes and has a planned investment of 17.5 million euros.
Nova Urbe is located right in the centre of the Valencian capital, on Avenida Constitución 206, on the corner of C/Agustín Lara, a strategic location that enjoys good connections and proximity to different health centres, shops, schools, universities and the metro station. It is also located in front of a new public park.
As part of Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainable building, sustainability policies have been implemented throughout the project’s value chain. Nova Urbe stands out for having the Domum seal, reflecting the developer’s commitment to sustainability, the VERDE Sustainable Building Seal, and an A-A energy rating, which allow for increased energy savings and generate a positive impact on the environment of its developments.
It is worth noting that, thanks to the actions taken during the development’s conception process, the equivalent of 165 trees have been preserved. On a day-to-day basis, residents will enjoy facilities that guarantee energy efficiency, reduced water footprint and adapted design and access.
With this new project, Metrovacesa consolidates its position as one of the leading and most important developers in the Valencian Community, where it has a total of 17 active developments and offers more than 1,178 new homes.
