Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for the Residencial Azahara development in Valdemoro

• The new residential area located in the centre of Valdemoro, Community of Madrid, has 94 multi-family dwellings with between 2 and 4 bedrooms with swimming pool, communal areas, paddle tennis court, gourmet room and gymnasium.

Madrid, 16 April 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of history and 141 projects under development nationwide, has obtained the building permit for Residencial Azahara, its development in the town of Valdemoro, in the Community of Madrid. The project is expected to require an initial investment of 19.6 million euros.

The new residential complex will have 94 multi-family dwellings with between 2 and 4 bedrooms with spacious rooms, storage room and garage. Designed by the Antonio Palomo architecture studio, the developer offers homes of various typologies, meeting the different needs of its clients.
