Valencia, 22 February 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 150 projects under development nationwide, is starting construction work on Villas del Garbí. This new development of 25 detached single-family homes is located in Bétera, a town just a few minutes from Valencia. For this development, the developer has planned an investment of 10.9 million euros.

Villas del Garbí is located in the Torre En Conil development, a unique enclave near the town of Bétera and just a few kilometres from the Valencian capital. The complex is made up of 25 detached single-family homes, which provides independence and privacy for future residents, distributed over two floors, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. In addition to spacious terraces, the homes include an outdoor area surrounding the house with a garden and swimming pool. The rooms are conceived under the premise of functionality, highlighting open access, spaciousness and luminosity.

Metrovacesa has worked with Selva Arquitectos, a studio with extensive experience in single-family homes. For the conception of this project, high quality materials and design have been taken into account, subject to customisation in certain rooms. In addition, structures and elements have been combined to provide warmth and comfort to the different sections of the villas.

In addition, the short distance to the Sierra Calderona offers a privileged natural space from which to benefit thanks to the proximity to nature and its landscapes, as well as the Escorpión Golf Club, with a wide range of sports and leisure activities for everyone. Likewise, the proximity to Valencia makes it possible to access services and offers of all kinds typical of a large city. Therefore, the location of the development is synonymous with a great source of incentives for the needs of all audiences.

In addition, up to 270 trees have been conserved thanks to the selection of the best technical and constructive solutions to reduce the carbon footprint of the developments.
