Metrovacesa obtains building permit for Gasómetro, a multi-family housing development in Terrassa

• The building has a total of 97 multi-family dwellings with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, distributed over four floors, all of them with terraces.

Terrassa, 19 November 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 113 projects under development nationwide, has obtained the building permit for Gasómetro, a new multi-family housing development in Terrassa. The developer estimates that work on the project will begin in November, with an investment of approximately 24 million euros.

Gasómetro is a project consisting of two buildings located in the Segle XX residential neighbourhood of Terrassa, with a total of 97 multi-family dwellings. The first building has 58 units, while the second has 39, offering options of between 1 and 4 bedrooms.

This second building is made up of two- to four-bedroom homes, distributed over four floors. All units have a terrace and the penthouses also have a private solarium. Each property has access to a parking space and storage room. Future owners will be able to enjoy private communal areas such as a garden and outdoor swimming pool.

Gasómetro, designed by Farrés Frías, stands out for its geometric architecture, which guarantees large, open spaces, achieving a balance with the space in which it is located. For its construction, high quality and durable materials will be used, with avant-garde aesthetics.

In line with Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability, the development has an A-A rating for energy consumption and emissions. It also has the developer’s own DOMUM seal and the Green Seal that qualifies it as a sustainable building.
