Valencia, 22 February 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, begins marketing Molí Mistral, a new-build project with a swimming pool comprising 120 homes and 5 commercial premises. Metrovacesa continues to strengthen its commitment to Valencia with this new development for which it plans to invest 22 million euros.

This is the third development that the company has developed in the town of Quart de Poblet in recent years, delivering 294 homes and 9 commercial premises between the end of 2021 and so far in 2023.
The development, divided into two staircases, will be made up of homes with between two and four bedrooms of up to 137 m2 and will have large terraces with an average surface area of 12 m2. The owners, in addition to having access to the large communal areas, will have a playground, children’s pool and adult swimming pool.

This project is a new example of the company’s commitment to the development of its projects, both in the materials used and in the finishes and processes, so that they are in perfect balance with the environment. For this reason, Metrovacesa has commissioned the design to the ARQUEHA studio, which has carried out a number of important urban development projects throughout Spain.
The complex, close to the centre of the town of Quart de Poblet and located one minute from the metro station, has all kinds of services in the surrounding area, such as shops, schools and other necessary services. It is also located just 12 minutes from the centre of Valencia using the metrovalencia network.

Metrovacesa, in its commitment to sustainable construction, will develop this development with firm criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency, reduction of CO2 emissions and limitation of energy consumption. In this sense, Molí Mistral is consolidated as an environmentally responsible development with the highest energy ratings: Energy Consumption Energy Rating: A; Emissions Energy Rating (CO2) A; DOMUM and Green Seal for Sustainable Building. All of this, prioritising comfort, innovation and building quality from the start of their design.

The Valencian Community is, without doubt, a strategic enclave within the company’s business plan. Metrovacesa is consolidating its position as one of the leading and most important developers in the area, where it has a total of 22 active developments and offers more than 1,335 new homes.
