Granada, 14 March 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history and more than 150 projects under development nationwide, has obtained the building permit for the first phase of Alma, its new real estate development in Granada. The developer will invest an estimated 16.1 million euros in the project.

Residencial Alma, currently in its first phase of development, is located in the centre of Granada and is established as a residential concept that redefines the life of the city, respecting its history, culture and dynamism. The development has been designed by Espinar Arquitectos, who have extensive experience in the sector, and the homes are scheduled for delivery in the second half of 2026.

Alma F1 is located in what will be the new central axis of Granada: between the streets Ribera del Beiro, Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas and the neighbourhood of San Francisco Javier. Due to its range of services, proximity to leisure and transport, together with the tranquillity of the area, this development will provide its owners with nearby green spaces and new urban roads, thus covering all their needs.

The development has been conceived to bring calm and tranquillity to the future inhabitants. The building, comprising 59 homes with between 2 and 4 bedrooms, has large terraces, bright spaces and communal areas for recreation. In addition, all of them include indoor parking and storage room.

The private communal areas include gardens, children’s play areas, a gourmet room and an outdoor swimming pool, which is a great advantage for the owners.

Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability

In line with the developer’s policies, Alma F1 has the highest standards in sustainability, being endorsed with the developer’s Domum Quality Seal and Green Seal. It has optimum A-A ratings for energy consumption and emissions.

Through the life cycle analysis of the development, Metrovacesa will incorporate a quality process throughout the development of the project to reduce the carbon footprint for the benefit of the environment and the communities.

The measures implemented include the possibility of installing chargers for electric vehicles as a commercial improvement, insulation and aerothermal systems in the homes, green energy supply and the use of environmentally friendly devices such as toilets, taps and light fittings. The development is designed under the precepts of universal accessibility.
