Metrovacesa starts marketing Oceana Gardens I, its new development in Estepona, Malaga.

Malaga, 27 July 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, has begun marketing Oceana Gardens I, its new project located in Estepona, Malaga, in the epicentre of the Costa del Sol. With the launch of this new project, for which the company will invest 14 million euros, Metrovacesa is further expanding its residential footprint in the Malaga market, where it has a volume of 22 developments, totalling 1,235 homes.

Oceana Gardens I is a development comprised of 52 multi-family homes with between 2 and 3 bedrooms, located on Estepona’s Golden Mile, in a privileged landscape setting. Its avant-garde architecture is combined with the benefits of its communal areas with an outdoor swimming pool, coworking area, equipped gymnasium, two amateur petanque courts, cyclosenda and access to the Club House, exclusively for residents.

Oceana Gardens I has been designed with a new lifestyle in mind. This development combines quality finishes, spaciousness in interior and exterior spaces and sustainability, with DOMUM, Metrovacesa’s own commitment to sustainability. The homes have large southwest-facing terraces.

Metrovacesa, in its commitment to sustainability, which is always present in the development of all its projects, will build the development with sustainability and energy efficiency criteria, reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption. The residential complex will have an energy rating in line with Metrovacesa’s commitment to sustainability, taking into account aspects such as the geometry of the building, the layout of the windows on the façade and the thermal insulation system designed to reduce heat loss from the complex.
