Malaga, 14th March 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, begins the marketing of Tiara, an exclusive new development in the heart of the Costa del Sol, in the municipality of Benahavís. With an investment of 42 million euros, Tiara sits on a hill with views from the Bay of Marbella to the Rock of Gibraltar. It is one of the developer’s most exclusive projects to date and is considered to be “the jewel in the crown of Benahavís”.

The project consists of 56 homes of 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed in 7 blocks with only 2 homes per floor. Each one of them, particularly designed and adapted for comfort, has en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the terraces.

The communal areas of the complex, in addition to its tiered gardens with flowers, offer three types of swimming, leisure and indoor pools, a gym with sea views and a spa. There is also a co-working space, much in demand after the outbreak of the pandemic.

Tiara stands out for its privileged location above the Golf Valley, an outstanding spot on the Costa del Sol just 10 minutes from Marbella and the cosmopolitan marina of Puerto Banús. In addition, the picturesque village of Benahavís also offers a wealth of leisure opportunities, both in terms of gastronomy and sporting activities. One of the main advantages is the proximity of a large number of luxury restaurants with some of the most internationally renowned chefs.

Another nearby experience is a visit to Estepona, a town with a town centre full of plants and decorations that make it a very attractive place for tourists. On the other hand, the residential complex is located halfway between the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar, which means that both can be reached in just over 40 minutes by car.

In line with Metrovacesa’s commitment, the project has been developed to the highest standards of sustainability and energy efficiency.

This project represents one of the most important urban developments in the area and reaffirms the company’s solid commitment to the Costa del Sol. The marketing of Tiara continues to highlight Metrovacesa’s commitment to Malaga and the Costa del Sol, a region that occupies an important place in its strategic plans, where it currently has 28 active developments with a total supply of more than 1,000 new homes, through which it aims to respond to the demand for new housing in the region.
