Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, October 24, 2022. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history, has announced the start of the construction works of Residencial Sansofí, a complex of 65 new homes located in the heart of the expansion area of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The company will invest 14.4 million euros in the development of this residential complex, which is scheduled for completion in 2024.

The complex consists of 65 multi-family dwellings of between 1 and 4 bedrooms, with several duplexes on the top floor. In addition, practically all the homes have terraces, and the common areas are equipped with a swimming pool, gymnasium and garden area for the use of all the residents. The development also has two commercial first floors with large windows facing the Chile road.

The homes will be built with high quality materials, in which every detail is taken care of to the maximum and with ample interior spaces that make life more comfortable. The orientations of the homes have been designed to enjoy the views, either towards the communal garden or oriented towards the northwest of the island. The development also stands out for its good connections with the rest of the city and the existing services in the area such as public transport, medical center, hospital, educational and sports centers, shopping centers, etc.

This new project represents another step forward in Metrovacesa’s commitment to the Canary Islands and, specifically, to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where it has five projects underway and where it expects to continue developing new real estate developments that will boost the supply of new-build housing in the city.
