Tamadaba III is the third phase of the Tamadaba project. Thus consolidating phases I and II, which with 150 units delivered today and 194 more units being marketed, position this Metrovacesa project as a reference in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This phase, for which the developer has made an investment of 13 million euros, will be located in the Las Torres area, very close to Siete Palmas.

Tamadaba III is a new development of 82 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, all of them exterior and bright. It is a residential development designed for a family audience, characterized by modern homes, with spacious layouts and equipped with common areas with swimming pool and sports facilities. In addition, each home has a parking space and storage room.

The residential complex is located in the area of Las Torres and, given its proximity to Avenida Juan Carlos I, Tamadaba III has all the necessary amenities and infrastructure around it. In addition, it has an accessible public transport network to access other parts of the city.

Following the usual dynamics in all the developments that Metrovacesa puts on the market, Tamadaba III stands out in its surroundings due to the energy efficiency achieved in its materials and installations, allowing maximum savings in supply costs. Metrovacesa is working to achieve the highest energy rating, so it will also be consolidated as a responsible development with the surroundings and the environment. All this, prioritizing from the beginning of its design the comfort, the innovation and the quality of the constructions.

This new project is another step forward in Metrovacesa’s commitment to the Canary Islands, with a total of 8 active developments and 597 new homes. In this sense, the developer expects to continue developing new real estate developments that will boost the supply of new housing on the island, both for customers wishing to purchase their new home and for investment purposes.
