Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than 100 years of history and more than 120 projects nationwide, concludes the construction works of Aire 9, its project located in the main expansion area of Sabadell. With this new construction project, for which the developer has invested 8.8 million euros, Metrovacesa now has three developments in Sabadell and more than 22 promotions in Catalonia.
Aire 9 is a development of 41 one- to four-bedroom homes divided over eight floors and with an avant-garde architectural style. The communal areas are located in a privileged environment with privileged views of the Vallès, green areas, a children’s area and a communal swimming pool.
The development is located in a quiet residential area, opposite the Can Gambús park, the second largest park in Sabadell with 13 hectares of gardens. In addition, it is very well connected to the center of Barcelona as it is located just twenty kilometers from Barcelona. In this sense, its location guarantees proximity and access to all services such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers and transportation.
Following the same line as in other Metrovacesa projects, Aire 9 also stands out for the energy efficiency of its materials and installations, allowing maximum savings in supply costs. The development has the highest energy ratings: level B in energy consumption and level A in CO2 emissions. In this sense, it has consolidated its position as an environmentally responsible development.
