Tishman Speyer and Metrovacesa sign a lease agreement with a large multinational company on the Puerto Somport 21-23 office building in Madrid.

• The company will move its corporate headquarters, after signing a lease for 5,200 sqm of the recently opened office building.
• Puerto Somport 21-23 is a new Grade-A office building developed by Tishman Speyer and Metrovacesa in Las Tablas, Madrid.

Madrid, 27 July 2022. A large multinational company, leader in its sector, has signed a lease for 5,200 sqm in the new office project Puerto Somport 21-23, in Las Tablas, Madrid, where it will relocate its new corporate headquarters in Spain.

Puerto Somport 21-23 is the first office building developed by Tishman Speyer and Metrovacesa in Madrid, through the joint venture created by both companies in 2018. Designed by architects KPF and BOD, the building features 20,000 sqm of Grade-A office space, with green areas and premium amenities, promoting well-being, efficiency and flexibility. The property is LEED-platinum certified and is currently in the process of WELL certification, as well as offering creative mobility, innovation and hospitality solutions.
