Metrovacesa starts work on Serenity Gardens, a development of 106 multi-family dwellings in Estepona

Malaga, 09 October 2024. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 113 projects under development nationwide, is starting work on 09, one of its multi-family developments located in Estepona. The developer, which will invest approximately €25 million in the development, expects to start delivering homes in the second half of 2026.

The residential complex is divided into two phases distributed in five three-storey blocks with a total of 106 multi-family homes with 2 and 3 bedrooms. The first phase of Serenity Gardens has 44 units in blocks 1 and 2 with a communal swimming pool, putting green, spa and communal coworking room.

The second phase of Serenity Gardens has 62 units in blocks 3, 4 and 5 which include a gymnasium, children’s sandpit, meditation area and beach volleyball court. All homes have their own parking space and storage room.

As for the design of the development, the architect Javier Alberro Hidalgo has approached the project by choosing high quality materials, adapted to the environment in which Serenity Gardens is located. In addition to being rated A-A for energy consumption and CO2 emissions, the residential complex has been awarded the Green Seal and the developer’s own DOMUM seal.

Thus, future residents at Serenity Gardens will find sustainable homes with systems to reduce their water footprint and improve energy efficiency on a daily basis, in line with the developer’s commitment to sustainability.
