Metrovacesa obtains the building permit and starts the construction of Adhara Phase 2, in Torre del Mar.

Malaga, September 28, 2022. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, has started to build its new real estate project located in Torre del Mar, in the town of Velez-Malaga. This is one of its most outstanding developments on the Costa del Sol, the second phase of Adhara, a complex of 26 two-bedroom homes and a three-bedroom penthouse with a minimum surface area of 62 square meters. Construction work began at the end of August 2022, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, with the first homes to be delivered in the third quarter of 2024.

This new project, in which the developer will invest 5 million euros, has aroused the interest of different types of clients during the marketing process due to its characteristics, as it has large terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, Adhara Phase 2 stands out for its common areas, with an outdoor swimming pool for the use of residents, and for its proximity to the beach and the town center of Torre del Mar. This town is one of the most important tourist, commercial and leisure enclaves on the Costa del Sol.

This development, which stands out for its avant-garde design and the play of volumes and facade materials, has a modern architectural style and distributes its floors with different types of housing, from first floors with large terraces, first floor apartments and a penthouse.

A firm commitment to Torre del Mar

The developer continues to consolidate its presence in Torre del Mar, where it has also just successfully completed the full delivery of Meissa 28, its latest development consisting of 28 three-bedroom semi-detached homes with an average built area of 240 m2, large terraces, private gardens, storage rooms and garages.

On the other hand, obtaining the new building permit for Adhara Phase 2 is an important milestone for the company, as it will allow it to continue developing its business plan on the Costa del Sol, an area of great strategic importance for the company, where it is currently developing more than 630 new homes in key locations in the region.
