Metrovacesa reinforces its commitment to Galicia with the start of commercialisation of Torre Aura in A Coruña

A Coruña, 26 June 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than 100 years of experience, has begun marketing Torre Aura, its new development in Galicia. Located in the San Pedro de Visma neighbourhood in A Coruña, this project reinforces the company’s commitment to the Galician community. The estimated investment for the development of this new residential development amounts to 28.5 million euros.

With this launch, Metrovacesa consolidates its commitment to the Galician community, where it already has two other residential projects: Residencial Caleida, in A Coruña, and Residencial Novolérez IV, in Pontevedra. These developments reflect the company’s commitment to quality, efficient urban development adapted to local needs, in strategic locations within the urban fabric of the region’s main cities.

Torre Aura will house 96 homes with 2 to 4 bedrooms, all of them with garage, storage room and terraces. The building has been designed to take advantage of natural light and offer sea and mountain views. The flats, with surface areas starting at 72 square metres, have different sizes and orientations. The complex includes two parking spaces per flat and communal areas with green areas, gym and common room.

 

Avant-garde design and sustainability as the hallmark of the project

Torre Aura will be developed under the criteria of Metrovacesa’s Domum commitment, which promotes best practices in sustainability, energy efficiency, interior comfort and environmental quality. This standard guarantees healthier, more efficient and environmentally friendly homes, with an A energy rating for both energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

In addition, the company will apply a comprehensive sustainability approach through the use of responsible materials, energy saving measures and techniques that reduce environmental impact during all phases of the project, from design to construction and subsequent use of the building. The project has also been awarded the Green Seal of Sustainable Building Rating.
