Alicante, 6 September 2025. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading property developer with over a century of history, has begun handing over the 45 homes that make up its Residencial Nou Nazhar development, located in the Nou Nazareth Partial Plan in Sant Joan d’Alacant. The total investment in the project amounts to €10.1 million.

The development, comprising homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, has been designed with a modern and functional architectural approach. All homes have a parking space and storage room, as well as large terraces, ground floor apartments with gardens and penthouses with solariums. Residencial Nou Nazhar has been awarded the Green Seal sustainable certification by the Green Building Council Spain (GBCe), which endorses its energy efficiency (CEE A-A) and its commitment to sustainability.
