Barcelona, 08 March 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, is starting work on its development in Arenys de Mar, located in the Maresme region, in the province of Barcelona. For the development of this residential project, christened Brises del Maresme, Metrovacesa will make an investment of 15.6 million euros. Construction work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
Brises del Maresme is a 67-home project located in a residential area of the Escoles neighbourhood, the youngest and newest part of Arenys, less than 15 minutes’ walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the beach, the port and the municipal market. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by schools, close to the Museum of Arenys de Mar and all kinds of services in the port and sports area.
The development consists of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, ranging from 77 to 111 m2. It will be developed in accordance with high standards of quality, innovation and sustainability, which will be noticeable in both the processes and the materials used.
