Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for Villas del Tiber, 31 townhouses with solarium and garden

Sevilla, 03 July 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, is expanding its portfolio in the Seville neighbourhood of Palmas Altas -Isla Natura after obtaining planning permission for Villas del Tíber. A development comprised of 31 single-family townhouses for which the developer will allocate 10.9 million euros.

Distributed in four rows, the new Metrovacesa development, Villas del Tiber offers 31 single-family townhouses of different types on the banks of the Guadaira River. Equipped with solarium, garden, garage and storage room, Villas del Tiber offers homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms, with the possibility of a fourth bedroom on the solarium with additional bathroom or on the first floor, double-height living rooms, as well as the option of an additional fifth bedroom on the ground floor. A personalisation that future owners will be able to extend, as they will be able to choose wall coverings, flooring, tiling and carpentry.

Villas del Tiber has in its central area the communal areas, swimming pool for adults and children, garden areas, bicycle parking and children’s play area. In addition, in its adaptation to the characteristics of the surroundings, the two rows closest to the river have covered surface parking with a pergola while the other two rows have parking in a communal basement with direct access from each home, protecting the privacy of each owner.

In its clear commitment to sustainable construction, Metrovacesa has entrusted the architectural studio Novarquia, originally from Seville, to integrate all the elements that ensure the preservation of the site. Furthermore, Villas del Tiber, in addition to having a double orientation to promote cross ventilation, has obtained the highest energy certifications: Energy Consumption Energy Rating A, Emissions (CO2) Energy Rating A, Green Seal of Sustainable Building Rating, and the famous DOMUM seal, the developer’s own brand of sustainable commitment.
