Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for Villas del Tiber, 31 townhouses with solarium and garden

Sevilla, 03 July 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, is expanding its portfolio in the Seville neighbourhood of Palmas Altas -Isla Natura after obtaining planning permission for Villas del Tíber. A development comprised of 31 single-family townhouses for which the developer will allocate 10.9 million euros.

Distributed in four rows, the new Metrovacesa development, Villas del Tiber offers 31 single-family townhouses of different types on the banks of the Guadaira River.
