This is one of its most outstanding developments on the Costa del Sol, the second phase of Adhara, a complex of 26 two-bedroom homes and a three-bedroom penthouse with a minimum surface area of 62 square meters. Construction work began at the end of August 2022, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, with the first homes to be delivered in the third quarter of 2024.
This new project, in which the developer will invest 5 million euros, has aroused the interest of different types of clients during the marketing process due to its characteristics, as it has large terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, Adhara Phase 2 stands out for its common areas, with an outdoor swimming pool for the use of residents, and for its proximity to the beach and the town center of Torre del Mar.
