Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than 120 projects under development nationwide, starts the construction of one of its developments in Manresa. The developer is starting the construction of 74 new homes, for which it has made an investment of 16.4 million euros.

Llum de Manresa is one of Metrovacesa’s three projects in the Barcelona municipality of Manresa, where it has already built 240 new homes. Specifically, this development, on which work has already begun, will offer 74 homes with between two and four bedrooms, including large terraces, garages and storage rooms.

The project is strategically oriented with panoramic views of Montserrat and the “Torre d’en Vinyes”, the recognized building protected as an asset of local interest. The development stands out for its magnificent communal areas within the residential complex, its original architectural design that integrates two linear buildings, the gardens, the children’s playgrounds and the large communal swimming pool.
