Metrovacesa starts marketing the 3rd phase of Serene Atalaya, and reinforces its commitment to the Costa del Sol

Malaga, May 11, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, inaugurates a new development in Atalaya Park, Estepona, an area that combines serenity and independence with proximity to Guadalmina and easy access to the main beaches. The Serene Atalaya F3 residential complex offers 11 homes for the development of which the developer foresees an investment of 6.5 million euros.

The Serene Atalaya F3 development will have 10 semi-detached villas and one detached villa, all of them with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace – a space that has an extension ranging from 89m² to 174m², a differential aspect that is undoubtedly the great attraction of this residential complex.
