Malaga, May 11, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain, with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, inaugurates a new development in Atalaya Park, Estepona, an area that combines serenity and independence with proximity to Guadalmina and easy access to the main beaches. The Serene Atalaya F3 residential complex offers 11 homes for the development of which the developer foresees an investment of 6.5 million euros.

The Serene Atalaya F3 development will have 10 semi-detached villas and one detached villa, all of them with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace – a space that has an extension ranging from 89m2 to 174m2, a differential aspect that is undoubtedly the great attraction of this residential complex. In addition, all homes have large garden areas, as well as the option of a solarium and basement, to complete the comfort and charm of this development.

This third phase of the Serene Atalaya complex is in addition to the Serene Atalaya F2 project, which has 50 homes, currently under construction, and Serene Atalaya F1, which is in the marketing phase with another 50 homes. These three projects are located in Atalaya Park, an area bordering Estepona, Benahavís and San Pedro. Located on a hillside, Serene Atalaya F3 has a strategic, sunny orientation that offers future owners a serene and independent environment with close proximity to the Guadalmina River and easy access to the main beaches of the coastal municipality.

The complex, as well as the rest of those under construction nationwide, takes into account the location, adapting its characteristics to ensure the preservation of the place where it is located. That is why, for the design of these villas, Metrovacesa has relied on the Maíz y Díaz Arquitectos studio, originally from Málaga, with more than 20 years of experience in national and international projects in which integration with the environment is a priority.

In its commitment to sustainable construction, Serene Atalaya F3 is an example of responsible development with the environment by having the highest energy ratings: energy certification for Energy Consumption A; Energy Rating for Emissions (CO2) A; DOMUM – Metrovacesa’s own seal of sustainability – and Green Seal for Sustainable Building. In addition, Metrovacesa has used the best quality materials in the construction of this residential complex which, together with these certifications, guarantees the comfort and enjoyment of the home for the user.

Strategic location for Metrovacesa

With this development, Metrovacesa reinforces its undisputed leadership in recent years in the residential development sector in the province of Malaga, where it has more than 1,000 homes on offer.

All Metrovacesa’s developments in the province are in line with the type of customers that predominate in the area and with their preferences when choosing a home. These clients are mainly of an international profile who are looking for a second home or an investment to make a profitable rental investment.

In addition to Serene Atalaya F3, the developer is making progress in other key urban developments such as Tiara, Blue Marine, Malaga Towers or Medblue II, for which it has just obtained the building permit. The Costa del Sol, as a strategic enclave for the company, accumulates a total of 21 active promotions that add up to a supply of more than 1,000 new Metrovacesa homes.
