Metrovacesa, a real estate developer with more than 100 years of experience in Spain, has announced that it has begun marketing a new development in Santa Cruz de Tenerife consisting of 62 homes and large communal areas. An investment of €17.1 million is planned for the development of this project.
Residencial Agama is located in the commercial area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and has 62 multi-family units and spacious communal areas. The homes have different layouts, from one to four bedrooms, all of them with parking spaces, storage rooms and magnificent terraces. The communal areas include a roofed swimming pool for maximum solar gain, gardens and a gymnasium for residents.
Metrovacesa has developed this project with the prestigious firm Makin, Molowny & Portela, Arquitectos S.P.L. who have a solid track record in the area, visible in multiple buildings. For the future construction, noble materials of the best quality on the market will be used.
The development, Agama, will be located in a privileged area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Specifically, close to the César Manrique Maritime Park and the commercial area that surrounds it.
