Madrid, 07 November 2023. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with over one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, begins construction of Medblue II, with 45 multi-family homes in an exclusive development in Marbella. Metrovacesa has invested 19.3 million euros in the project, which comprises luxury flats and penthouses with between two and three bedrooms, as part of its commitment to the supply of new housing on the Costa del Sol. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Medblue II is an innovative development located in the exclusive urbanisation of Las Lomas, ten minutes from the centre of Marbella. The complex is distributed in three blocks divided into 45 multi-family dwellings, both flats and penthouses, with between two and three bedrooms, spacious terraces and bright spaces. In this second phase, the communal areas are designed to meet the daily needs of the residents, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, outdoor areas, co-working, gym and spa.

Metrovacesa is committed to the environment and this is reflected in the development and design of its developments.
