- The development of this project will involve an investment of 18.6 million euros for the construction of 84 multi-family homes with between 1 and 4 bedrooms.
- Metrovacesa thus reinforces its commitment to the municipality of Sabadell, where it already has other active projects, with a total of 185 new homes on offer.
Barcelona, 27 January 2022. Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer with more than one hundred years of history, has recently begun marketing its new residential project, christened Tetuán, in Sabadell, in the province of Barcelona.
This new project, for which Metrovacesa will invest 18.6 million euros, consists of 84 multi-family homes with between one and four bedrooms, 16 of which are subsidised housing. With usable areas ranging from 40 to 110 m2. In addition, the residential complex has two basement floors with garages and storage rooms.
Tetuán has been designed to become a benchmark for environmental and urban quality, as it has a large communal area with a magnificent swimming pool and gardens with native shrub species, as well as an aerothermal air-conditioning system that provides greater comfort and low CO2 emissions, obtaining the best energy rating in this regard, level A.
It is worth highlighting the location of the development, in a well-connected residential area, just a few minutes from the city centre, surrounded by green areas, supermarkets, health centres, schools and other essential services.
With this project, Metrovacesa reinforces its commitment to the residential market in Catalonia, where it currently offers more than 1,750 new homes, distributed in 21 developments. In fact, Tetuán is the third project that the developer is launching in the municipality of Sabadell and, together with Aire 9 and Jardins de Can Gambús, it offers a total of 185 new homes.
