Metrovacesa, Spain’s leading real estate developer, has obtained the licence of first occupation (LPO) for its Residencial Citrea development in Malaga city in December 2020, which means that the first homes will be delivered in that month. The developer, which has invested around 13 million euros in the development of this project, has achieved very positive sales figures in this promotion, where 72% of the available homes have already been sold. It also expects all the homes to be delivered in 2021.
Residencial Citrea is a multi-family project of 25 homes located in Colinas de Limonar. An unbeatable location, in one of the best residential areas of Malaga Capital, very well connected to the main access roads to the city and to La Caleta Beach.
The development consists of homes from 120 square metres, from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Designed by Martínez de Aspe Architects, it has spacious communal areas with infinity swimming pool, Pool Bar relaxation area, gymnasium and cinema room, designed to offer maximum enjoyment and comfort.
