Metrovacesa launches an initiative with influencers to publicize its homes to a digital audience

  • Metrovacesa has recreated in the Hotel Maisonnave in Pamplona, a space that has become “The house you dream of” where five regionally recognized influencers have presented the Metrovacesa developments located in their cities of origin.

Pamplona, November 18, 2022. Metrovacesa, a leading real estate developer in Spain with more than 120 projects under development nationwide, promotes a new initiative within its digital marketing strategy, betting on influential digital profiles at regional level that will publicize Metrovacesa’s developments located in their cities of origin and the lifestyle and comfort that characterizes them.

Metrovacesa has seen an opportunity to bring together influencers from Barcelona, Valencia, Tenerife, Madrid and Seville in the city of Pamplona, in the Hotel Maisonnave, which will become “The house you dream of”, a space in which the same comfort and qualities of Metrovacesa homes have been recreated. In this way, the developer will bring to a new digital target its values of quality, innovation and sustainability, present in the company’s philosophy.

To do so, the developer has collaborated with DeQuéBuzz, an agency that combines creativity and influencer marketing, and Will Squad, an audiovisual marketing agency specialized in the production of corporate content for companies.

The participating influencers were Guapa y con Estilo (Seville), Secretos de Madrid (Madrid/Pamplona), Mumandhome (Barcelona), Tenerifelicidad (Tenerife) and Macarena Gea (Valencia).
