Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for Medblue II, its new luxury development in Marbella

Malaga, March 28, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, is launching a new development in Marbella, a strategic enclave for the company. The developer begins marketing Medblue II, a project for which it has invested 17.5 million euros.

Medblue II will comprise 45 new homes, which will meet the high residential demand in the area. Located in an excellent coastal location in the upper part of Los Monteros, this contemporary design development will be distributed in 3 blocks for this second phase.
