Metrovacesa obtains planning permission for Medblue II, its new luxury development in Marbella

Malaga, March 28, 2023. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than one hundred years of history and more than 120 projects under development nationwide, is launching a new development in Marbella, a strategic enclave for the company. The developer begins marketing Medblue II, a project for which it has invested 17.5 million euros.

Medblue II will comprise 45 new homes, which will meet the high residential demand in the area. Located in an excellent coastal location in the upper part of Los Monteros, this contemporary design development will be distributed in 3 blocks for this second phase. The properties will have 4 floors plus a duplex penthouse, housing 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. One of the highlights of the design of this development lies in its spacious terraces with incredible sea views and common areas with outdoor and indoor heated pool, spa, gym and coworking.

The residential complex has been designed by one of the most renowned architectural firms in Andalusia and Spain, HCP Arquitectos, with extensive experience in the Costa del Sol area and a firm with which Metrovacesa has worked on various projects in the area.

Following the same line as in other Metrovacesa projects, Medblue II also stands out for the energy efficiency of its materials and installations, allowing maximum savings in supply costs. The development has the highest energy ratings: level B in energy consumption and level B in CO2 emissions. In this sense, it is consolidated as a responsible development with the surroundings and the environment.
